Friendly staff and compassionate physician equals a well deserved compliment. Dr. Moosavi listens, not hears, looks you in the eye instead of a screen, and responds accordingly with a multi-pronged plan of recovery. Excellent choice if you can't take the pain.

all of the doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful they listen to your needs and problems and put you on the best plan for you I have been going for awhile now and I have a lot of health issues and I already feel much better, I was a good candidate for the Nula inplant trial and I already feel 100% better.

I been off work for 7 years, i broke my leg i have 2 bulged disks in my lower back and a torn rotary cuff , i was using a cane to get around and a back brace! The last two years being under the care of Dr Bonnette and his staff at Macomb Pain Management, listening to all of them and doing physical therapy using hot and cold compressions i am now able return back to work 100%. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful team on my side, ty all so much Mario DiSano!

The plan would have been good to me. They’ll be having them by the way it’s amazing how they got me in control of my pain. I do feel a little better than I did before.

My parents have been receiving treatment at Macomb Pain Management, and we truly could not be more grateful for the care they’ve received from Dr. Moosavi. My dad has been getting knee injections for arthritis, and my mom has been treated for both knee arthritis and SI joint pain. From the very beginning, Dr. Moosavi has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate.

I had a very good experience today at the Pain Management office in Shelby Township today.
There was next to no pain involved with getting the injections today. Very little soreness today following the procedure. I highly recommend Regenerix for your applicable pain needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Macomb Pain Management Clinic and Dr. Michael Bonnette. From my very first visit, Dr. Bonnette truly heard me. He listens carefully, gives thoughtful and sound advice, and does an excellent job educating his patients. As someone new to pain management care, I had an absurd amount of questions—and he answered every one with patience and clarity.

What I appreciate most is the communication and coordination with other doctors involved in my care. That responsibility is not left on my shoulders, which is something I’m incredibly grateful for. He even helped me find another excellent spine surgeon, which speaks volumes about his commitment to patient care.

I also want to recognize the entire staff—everyone has been professional, kind, patient, and caring with me throughout the process. The facility is clean, cozy, and I’ve not had a long wait time yet.

Dr. Moosavi is the best pain management doctor you can find. He listens to you carefully and cares. He takes appointments pretty quick. It's apparent that he works long hours to help as many people as he can. He is so talented. He's the only doctor in southeast Michigan that can do the Disc FX procedure and Regenxx disc injections.

Ive been seeing doctor Moosavi since January 2025. He has been nothing but professional and understanding to get to the bottom of my back issues. The entire staff are amazing and actually care what you have to say. Coming up with a game plan has been easy.
